Kul Elektronik, which carries out many R&D studies such as electronic technologies, writing technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics, defense industry and agricultural electronic systems, was included in Turkey's Patent Report 2022, announced by Patent Effect, with 15 patents.

“Patent Required for New Technology Products”
Academician Dr.Basri Kul, who founded Kul Elektronik within the body of ULUTEK Technopark after the academics were given the right to open a company in Technopolis, said that at first they only did R&D studies. Pointing out that they have to obtain a patent because their work is a new technology product, Kul said, “We received an agricultural patent in 2011. Currently, the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock is trying to implement our patent. We have developed another patent that helps us to understand whether the baby is hungry or full from the sound of crying, and whether there is pain. Thanks to this study, we were included in the patent list.”

Noting that they aim to develop unique technologies, Kul said, “We set our goals to be a leader in the market. While doing these, we are also aware of our social and environmental responsibilities. Our products should benefit the environment and society, and be sustainable. It should be a pioneer in issues such as recycling and waste reduction.
