It is a mobile shelf system developed to ensure that the archive rooms, which are created by the documents that must be kept legally, can be used in the most effective way by saving space.
It is a system that provides effective and safe control of the mobile shelving systems required for the highest storage in places where large amounts of documents, folders or goods are stored or in warehouses that have an important place in logistics support.
Thanks to the movable shelves, 50-60% space saving is achieved in the storage area.
In addition to providing high storage in places such as libraries, archive rooms, secret document rooms, it provides security and authorized access.
It minimizes the losses that may occur with the earliest warning or notification in cases where files, documents or objects are likely to be damaged due to sudden fire, humidity or an unsuitable environment.
Mobile shelving systems carrying heavy loads are called mobile warehouses, mobile shelving systems carrying light loads such as folders and documents are called mobile archives. The motion control system we have developed calculates the position of the shelves by communicating with other shelves via wireless radio frequency and ensures that they are brought to the desired position automatically.
Since the shelves are attached to each other, it is not possible to enter between the shelves without authorization. Only with the command to access the desired folder from the central management software, the shelf allows access within authorization. It provides high-level security and space saving for cosmic room, bank archives, institutions, municipalities.
